The APlex is a beautiful facility that can accommodate up to 650 people for
the grandest of banquet functions. It boasts a total of 5 spacious rooms - for weddings,
holiday parties, executive conferences, business meetings, concerts and birthday parties.

All Rental Fees include: Chairs, dance floor, tables, set up and take down. Wedding reservations have access the day prior for decorating, rehearsal dinner, etc.
Interlude Ballroom
With its soaring ceiling, dramatic windows and sleek, modern detail, the Interlude on Woodward Ballroom provides a one-of-a kind setting for your special day. Adorned in soft shades of grey and basic black, the ballroom features custom carpet and spectacular cloud ceiling fixtures. The Interlude on Woodward Ballroom can accommodate 650 guests, or divide into two separate ballrooms: the Chateau Ballroom and the Merlot Ballroom.
Chateau Ballroom
The larger split of the Interlude on Woodward Ballroom is the Chateau Ballroom. The Chateau Ballroom features a modern look and feel and it also has custom touches and abundant natural light. The Chateau Ballroom can accommodate 400 guests.
Merlot Ballroom
Smaller and more intimate, the Merlot Ballroom is every bit as grand. Sophisticated finishes, contemporary embellishments and exquisite lighting provide the perfect back drop for the wedding of your dreams. The Merlot Ballroom can accommodate 250 guests.
Huron Conference Room
This gathering space is awash with architectural detail and is the perfect venue for your reception or dinner. Additional features include: spectacular window design, dance floor and neutral paint and color treatments. The Huron Conference Room can seat as many as 150 guests.
Hubbard Conference Room
Neutral colors and windows create warm ambiance in a smaller setting. Perfect for gatherings and meetings, this location is conveniently located near the main entrance. The Hubbard Conference Room can seat 70 guests.
